Ho hum, had a colossal debate today.

A dispute over the relevance of some of the subjects on offer; Classics being wedged right into the centre of it.
People were churning out a myriad of reasons why they hated the subject and how it was of no use to them in their future life.
Well, I couldn't disagree more.
First of all, I believe in education for education's sake. And secondly if they hate it so much then why take it a second year?
Well, I guess it doesn't help when this year's teacher takes a whole lesson to explain what Virgil managed to elucidate perfectly in one sentence.

Some people.
Or is it just New Zealanders?
Living abroad and attending an international school I never witnessed such blatant ignorance that I have observed in my 5 months back in Wellington.
Hmm, this would make for an interesting column!

Anyway, I'm sick of the impetuous criticism from others about my "omg BIG words"; go read a dictionary New Zealand [not talking about it on a whole].


That was my two cents for today.

P.S: I do really love you, New Zealand. Heh.

So I've been a bit busy lately with school and everything, hence why I haven't uploaded anything recently. Fear not, come the (very) near future I'll be uploading a lot more photos *woot*. I have holidays in two weeks so hopefully I'll get out and about taking more photos

Wow, my first journal entry =]

I guess there isn't too much to say. It's 12.30am and I'm super tired!
I uploaded a new photo of my gorgeous cat, Tyson, he looks seemingly identical to another deviant's cat whom I was commenting the other day BUT now I can't find them again and I can't remember their username. Boo. I should've favourited the picture.

300 views! WOW. Go me hehe. But I guess that's okay? I haven't been using this for very long [okay well actively using it] only about a week or two!

Hmmm, time for me to go now I guess.
